We identify high-potential individuals and guide them from idea generation to market entry, creating impactful startups through our Jasiri Talent Investor and Growth Accelerator programs.

About The Role:

As the Jasiri Program Lead, you will drive the full scope of our entrepreneurship program, from engaging potential Fellows to the successful launch of startups.

You will ensure a seamless, effective program journey, manage the execution budget, and continually refine our approach based on feedback and outcomes.

Objectives of Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and lead the program team, collaborate with marketing, monitoring and evaluation, and program design teams.
Program Execution: Manage the online Jasiri JumpStart and the in person Residential Intensive program to prepare and propel entrepreneurs towards venture creation. Ensure all logistics are perfectly aligned for optimal learning and community building. Take on the delivery of program sessions where relevant.
Venture Creation: Lead teams through the venture creation phase, focusing on pursuing productmarket fit and attracting investment.

Reporting:
Report to a range of stakeholders on program execution and venture progress leveraging existing systems and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for entrepreneurs, manage a talented pool of facilitators, coaches, and service providers, ensuring everyone is perfectly synchronized for peak program performance.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience:

years proven experience in program management, specifically in entrepreneurship development.

A proven track record of motivating entrepreneurs and enhancing their capacities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Entrepreneurship, Social Studies, or related fields.

Competencies:

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
An analytical thinker with a detailoriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Must embody AGGP's values and demonstrate them in daily interactions.
