- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production floor
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Implement and maintain efficient production schedules
- Manage and coordinate staffing requirements
- Train and develop production staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and control production costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Tyre Manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field is preferred
