    Description

    We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to engage customer prospects in the solar industry. This includes B2B interactions with solar installation businesses, as well as B2C homeowners and property owners in the commercial sector.

    You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (not required).
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
