Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Senior Field Sales Agent with a strong sense of community to join our clients successful company in the solar energy sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related field
Strong network in businesses that could be influenced for residential solar installations (estate agents, property developers etc.)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory
Exposure to CRM tools and Social Media for marketing
Extremely organised with exceptional pipeline management
Own vehicle essential and valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

Achieving monthly sales targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Conducting product presentations/demonstrations to potential customers/businesses
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Managing all promotional activities
Collecting and analysing data to provide valuable insights on the region
Aware of regional activity and "touch points" via social media platforms
Site visits and the conclusion of the sale
Ongoing referral engagement and activation
