    Group Aftersales Field Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Determine and set achievable sales targets through external/internal research and dealer consultation to optimize genuine parts.
    • Manage Company Group Africa and the dealer organization to achieve sales results above budget.
    • Develop/coordinate all annual incentives trips for both PARTS and SERVICE Department.
    • Manage field force and Dealers to desired objectives.
    • Provide an avenue for consultation and Dealer interfacing by means of feedback from mystery shopping and franchise standards audits via Regional Parts Managers and Dealer Support Centre.
    • Coordinate/control all Dealer meetings including sub-committees, roadshows, launch events and individual groups.
    • Monitor and support all Service/Parts Dealer Training.
    • Conduct follow-up meetings by calling upon Dealers not achieving agreed results.
    • Facilitate Customer (Dealer) Survey feedback and construct Action Plans to address gaps.
    • Manage the operation of the department efficiently to ensure achievement of all objectives.
    • Developing strategies to improve Homogenous Part Groups sales performance.
    • Fostering relationships with Senior Stakeholders in the Insurance industry.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Sales & Marketing Management.
    • 5-8 years post graduate management experience/specialist position in Sales and Marketing area.
    • Good understanding of financial measures and principles/Dealer Network.
    • Experience/understanding of advertising business.
    • Forecasting and Target setting experience.
    • Computer literacy in QMF and MS Office.
    • Detailed knowledge of SAP.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience/understanding of Aftersales environment.
    • Group Parts Broad business exposure.
