  • To conceptualise, develop and implement a Lifestyle Rewards proposition for Nedbank clients

Responsibilities:


  • Develop a business case supporting the idea.
  • Obtain the necessary approvals for funding the idea.
  • Work collaboratively across, Product, Channel, Segments, CX teams and the Design team to prototype the idea.
  • Work within the squads leveraging the agile methodology to ensure that the idea is appropriately prioritized and defined as ready for implementation.
  • Work with the risk, Legal and Compliance communities to ensure that all regulatory requirements have been met and that all risks have been mitigated.
  • Work with marketing community to ensure that the concept is taken to market appropriately.
  • Log campaigns to ensure that the concept is appropriately marketed and known to our client base.
  • Be willing and able to work with the behavioural science teams to test and learn all concepts appropriately before taking them to market.
  • Ensure that data is available to measure success of the campaigns as well as the tracking of the benefits of the idea relative to the business case and to ascertain whether or not the concept is successful in market.
  • Thereafter continuously iterate and improve on the solution.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • BCom(Hons) in Marketing
  • Preferred Certifications
  • MBA
    Minimum Experience Level
  • 5 years at a strategic level of which 3 years is at an operational level in a corporate environment with FMCG experience and in particular, experience with lifestyle brands.
