Experience required:

5 to 8 years experience building Schools and Residential Developments. Must have firm knowledge of all aspects of building, from wet works till finishes.


Duties:


  • Building, Plastering, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiling and Paint Supervisor
  • Health and Safety Supervisor
  • Performance measurements of employees
  • Continuous Risk Assessments
  • Sub-Contractors bookings for payments
