    Description

    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Collection and Processing: Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors. Cleanse, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

    Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize statistical techniques and data mining algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and priorities. Provide analytical support and insights to assist in the development and implementation of business initiatives and process improvements.

    • Solutioner: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into feasible ICT solutions.
    • Knowledge Manager: Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the ICT team.
    • Relationship Builder: Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and external partners.

    Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Data Analysis are advantageous. Relevant certifications or training in Excel are required. Proven experience in Data Analytics, preferably within the ICT or insurance sector.

    Experience: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software, including MS Office suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
