    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and identify candidates using all available platforms, including Career Junction, LinkedIn, Pnet, and databases.
    • Maintain and manage candidate information in systems like Placement Partner.
    • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with available vacancies.
    • Coordinate interviews, pre-screen candidates, and handle recruitment-related administration.
    • Manage recruitment databases, update candidate information, and perform bulk changes as needed.
    • Arrange interviews, schedule meetings, and organize appointments with precision to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
    • Assist in formatting candidate CVs according to company templates and gather necessary documents to support.
    • Attend client briefing sessions to discuss available job opportunities and recruitment processes.
    • Conduct reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and background, supporting the selection process.
    • Conduct exhaustive Boolean searches to find suitable candidates for specific roles.
    • Manage Candidate Pools: Oversee candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.
    • Generate Recruitment Reports: Produce monthly reports highlighting crucial talent acquisition metrics.
    • Generate and Review Weekly Reports: Create a weekly report spreadsheet and review weekly recruitment reports from the team.
    • Seek Market Insights: Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in sourcing, assessment, and attraction methodologies.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric with 7 years of experience in recruitment.
    • National Diploma with 5 years of experience in recruitment.
    • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment.
