    Network Engineering: Driving Innovation in Renewable Energy Solutions

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge battery energy storage systems (BESS) that revolutionize the way energy is stored and distributed.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing BESS solutions. Key responsibilities include:

    • Designing, analyzing, and optimizing Battery Energy Storage Systems for various applications, including grid stabilization, renewable energy integration, and peak shaving.
    • Conducting detailed feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the performance and viability of BESS projects.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements and project objectives.
    • Performing system modeling, simulation, and performance evaluations to optimize battery configurations and control strategies.
    • Overseeing the testing, commissioning, and deployment of BESS installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Providing technical expertise and support to project managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in battery technology, energy storage systems, and renewable energy trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in designing, testing, and implementing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
    • Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and energy management algorithms.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing energy storage systems.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems and optimize system performance.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Prior experience with renewable energy projects or grid integration is a plus.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are desirable but not required.
