Job Advert Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Co-ordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest who interacts with our company receives exceptional service and enjoys a memorable experience.

You will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment across the dealership and enthusiastically treating all customers as special guests.

Salary structure:

Basic monthly salary

Minimum Requirements:

Hospitality/Consumer Studies qualification advantageous
Min 2 years previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and facilities.
Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in guest areas.
Collect and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote special events, offers, and promotions
Provide assistance to sales team with administrative tasks as required
