Junior / Contract Administrator to join their team.


Requirements for the position:


  • Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • 2 year experience in a similar Administror role required
  • Knowledge in the Glass and Aluminium procurement advantageous

Main areas of responsibility include but aren't limited to:

  • Procurement and follow up on orders.
  • Assistance to Contract administrators.
  • Data Integrity
  • Follow up on quotations
  • Administrative support duties

Skills required for the position:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically inclined
  • Excellent time management skills i.e. be able to prioritize tasks and have organizing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Administration skills
