Aluvent (Pty) Ltd, a well-established company who prides themselves for their client service and support is looking for a dynamic
Junior / Contract Administrator to join their team.
Requirements for the position:
- Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- 2 year experience in a similar Administror role required
- Knowledge in the Glass and Aluminium procurement advantageous
Main areas of responsibility include but aren't limited to:
- Procurement and follow up on orders.
- Assistance to Contract administrators.
- Data Integrity
- Follow up on quotations
- Administrative support duties
Skills required for the position:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technically inclined
- Excellent time management skills i.e. be able to prioritize tasks and have organizing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Administration skills
