Job Title: Filling Station Manager

Overview

This role is responsible for managing a major oil company site, ensuring effective operations, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff members, promoting motivation and productivity.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and execute shift changes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems.
• Maintain adherence to SHEQ standards and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, including fuel and convenience shop inventory.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other local language.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Filling Station Manager or equivalent experience in managing a major oil company site.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to make clear decisions.

Salary Estimate

R250,000 - R350,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
