    Description

    Area Sales Manager

    The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic region.

    • Sales Strategy Development and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and market divisional products and services.
    • Create comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking into account market trends and company objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform decisions and adjust the sales plan accordingly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area.
    • Achieve sales targets inline with budget requirements by selling divisional products to customers and growing market share.
    • Maintain efficient administrative systems for equipment sales.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
    • Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a relevant field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in material handling.
    • Proficiency in operating a forklift is mandatory, specifically in the sale of related products.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
