Description
An IT Technician, or IT Support Technician,
maintain the computer and network systems of the call centre.

Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
The ability to work independently.

Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions.


Responsibilities:


Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

Must Have VICIDial experience

Matric/Tertiary qualification


Pay:
From R7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)
