Operational Requirements

Sales associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a friendly and helpful experience, and are greeted, approached, and handled according to the 6 elements of selling. The primary objective is to generate sales and meet store targets.

Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships on the retail floor.
Foster product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends.
Evaluate products to ensure high standards.
Maintain merchandise standards at all times.
Ensure adherence to salesperson certification requirements.
Follow Cash Crusaders protocol strictly.

Retail Floor Management

Effectively manage the retail floor to achieve business goals and sustain profitability.
Implement effective retail merchandising strategies.
Manage stock levels efficiently.
Maintain a secure environment and minimize shrinkage.

Customer Service Excellence

Deliver exceptional customer service on the retail floor, embodying a customer-centric culture.
Exceed customer expectations consistently.
Conduct mystery shopper evaluations to enhance customer experience.
Pursue Retail Excellence through continuous improvement.
Grow the customer base through targeted initiatives.
