    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales department and drive the sales strategy.

    About the Role:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
    • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through cold calling and networking.
    • Present, promote, and sell the company's products and services using strong arguments tailored to customer needs.
    • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
    • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives. This includes analyzing sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and management of sales teams, with excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. You will also have strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience in sales and business development.
    • Previous experience in a sales management or leadership role.
    • Prior experience in merchant acquiring sales/business development - advantageous.
    • Experience in the fin-tech industry - advantageous.
    • Candidates must have a valid driver's license and car.
