    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative.

    This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, technical skills, and customer service. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert solutions to meet their requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact and follow up with prospective clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Service existing client base by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Manage the sales order process from quote negotiation to finalization, including receiving orders and evaluating progress against budgets and targets.
    • Stay up-to-date on shipping processes and ensure smooth delivery of products and equipment.
    • Collect and review tenders, and facilitate project execution by assisting clients with product information and requirements.
    • Attend site meetings and inspect products and equipment during installation, commissioning, and finalization.
    • Provide support to other staff, technical administrators, and management as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel regularly.
    • Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with prospective leads.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC industry.
    • Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment and applications.
    • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.

    Qualifications:

    • Mechanical Engineering degree.
    • Sales diploma.
    • Matric certificate.
