    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and marketing of our product lines in the pet food industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and align with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer expectations and market trends.
    • Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely and successful product launches.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, for seamless product development and execution.
    • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify product improvement and innovation opportunities.
    • Prepare product-related documentation, including marketing plans, product specifications, and launch schedules.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related queries, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is beneficial.
    • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the pet food industry or a related consumer goods sector.
    • Strong understanding of product marketing, market analysis, and brand management.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in marketing and project management tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience as a veterinary technician or nurse would be advantageous, offering valuable insights into animal health and care.
