Regional Marketing Lead Position

The Regional Marketing Lead will create and maintain alignment between the operational team and the marketing department. This role leads and implements regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with various business units.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational marketing support by conducting regular meetings with store and regional operational managers to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.
Participate in regional marketing meetings to ensure effective communication and strategy implementation.
Develop and implement regional marketing plans and campaigns that align with company goals.
Oversee the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

Visual Merchandising

Conduct store visits nationally to monitor adherence to marketing plans, standards, and corporate identity.
Create visual merchandising standards for Buco and Timbercity products based on agreed principles and working with product specialists.

Store Development Support

Contribute to the development of store feasibility plans, store opening plans, and revamps by providing market intelligence.
Manage interior and exterior store signage needs to ensure brand consistency.

Operational Event Support

Support the planning of key store and regional events such as store openings, trade shows, and community events.
Oversee the execution of these events to ensure professional presentation and successful outcomes.

Regional Marketing and Customer Insights

Support the central marketing team in sourcing data and conducting research to inform marketing strategies.

Reporting

Prepare monthly reports, campaign reports, and financial reports to track progress and provide insights.

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management.

Requirements

Matriculation certificate
Marketing degree or diploma
3-5 years' experience in marketing, branding, or sales
Management experience and project management proficiency
