Requirements:_

- _ Matric_
- _ Diploma in I.T_
- _ Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English_
- _ Broad LAN knowledge_
- _ Must be comfortable with both Windows and Apple(macOS)_
- _ In-depth understanding of a wide variety of operating systems_
- _ Own vehicle with a valid driver's license_

Responsibilities:_

- _ Provides technical support to remote and office-based users._
- _ Write and maintain IT documentation to improve future issue resolution and to keep good Governance._
- _ Providing basic training in computer operation and management._
- _ Relocate, deploy, and set up computers where needed._
- _ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues._
- _ Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals._
- _ Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software._
- _ Troubleshooting networking and connection issues._
- _ Advising on software or hardware upgrades._
- _ Providing basic training in computer operation and management._
- _ Keep asset and procurement registers updated._
- _ Champion the office VC and telephony systems._
- _ Help with Digital projects and automation initiatives._
- _ Execute/oversee digital media strategies._
- _ Assist with Web Designing._
