RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
SENIOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (RETAIL INDUSTRY) for a well-established retail company, position based in the
Epping area, Cape Town, Western Cape.


Grade 12.

Valid drivers license / own vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good numeric and literacy skills.

3yrs+ previous warehouse supervision / stock controlling experience is essential.

3yrs+ previous staff supervision experience.

Strong operational and business administration skills.

Competent organizational, planning and office management skills.

Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines.

Ability to lead and manage a team.

Customer and service oriented.

Able to solve problems independently.

Overall running of the warehouse.

Opening and closing of the warehouse.

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in and around the warehouse.

Receiving and processing returned stock.

Responsible for accurate dispatching and receiving stock.

Conducting cycle counts and stock take.

Responsible for stock control and stock transfers.

Responsible for checking and packing of orders correctly.

Monitoring and controlling the running of the distribution process.

Generating Standard Operating Procedures for the Warehouse.

Scheduling delivery of orders.

Ensuring Health and Safety regulations.
