    Description

    Sales Manager Position

    A seasoned sales professional is sought after to join a heavy engineering company specializing in Grinding Mills for the Global Mineral Processing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development and leading a team of salespeople.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of salespeople to consistently achieve annual targets.
    • Develop customer relationships, build strategies, and achieve a minimum success ratio of 50%.

    Requirements:

    • Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Extractive Metallurgy degree.
    • Relevant sales qualifications or experience in technical sales of large mineral processing equipment.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Sales.
    • Extensive experience in the grinding mill or large mineral processing equipment industry.
    • Strong business development skills.
    • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Dedicated team leadership attributes and ability to motivate and manage a young team.
    • Prepared to travel globally.
