Description

Supports the local area marketing manager with the implementation of "opening packs" for new and existing franchised stores; as well as any and all localised and ad hoc packages or collateral drops as needed.

Facilitate the artwork sign off, QA, and implementation of all opening packs, ensuring timeous and accurate delivery of the correct elements to store.

Work with other departments and/or suppliers to execute this pack.
Ensure invoicing is managed timeously and accurately.

Work with the relevant 3rd-party supplier to track the progress of the packs to ensure the on-time delivery of the in-store packs to the right stores.

Supports the local area marketing manager with the implementation of both local and regional marketing initiatives.

Facilitates the implementation of the approved plan - which involves: liaising with relevant media owners, ensuring all necessary contracts are in place, facilitating payments, confirms flighting or delivery as required for all elements.

This includes all necessary activity to provide support across all business units, and as needed work with internal stakeholders.

Assist the Local Area Marketing Manager with bookings for localised marketing - including but not limited to confirming site availability, securing the relevant sites, and ensuring accurate collateral is supplied, on time, to relevant stakeholders.

Engage with any 3rd party suppliers to facilitate quotes for any marketing collateral.

Upon sign off, work with the relevant supplier to execute the activity - ensuring accurate collateral is delivered as planned.

Proactively, consistently, search for localised community initiatives for the network of stores - as part of our CSI project.
Assist with all department-related administration.
Manage all department related administration as needed.
Support the team's finance process; to follow up as needed to ensure payments are processed as planned.
Update the internal intranet systems with relevant marketing communications as needed.
Ensure accurate pricing and creative is reflected on the online ordering system.

Update creative on our internal systems as needed, and assist franchisees to locate, order or implement the new content as per their requirements.

Where needed, support the department by managing specific store artwork for the franchise network, from brief to execution
Engage with franchisees or any relevant stakeholders as needed to obtain a clear, concise and relevant brief.
Submit briefs to the in-house studio, ensuring the deliverables are clearly defined.
Ensures output is QA'd and meets the brief's requirements.
Manage the process between all stakeholders to ensure sign off, and supply final collateral to relevant stakeholders.

Proactively source store and region specific briefs, and submit them to the studio with sufficient time for delivery, based on the direction supplied by the Local Area Marketing Manager.

Assist other team members with implementing adhoc marketing jobs as needed.
Administration
Maintain filing system - both physical and business in a box.
Correct use of Lotus Notes.
Efficient, accurate project record keeping.
To capture and track meeting minutes to assist with delivery.


REQUIREMENTS:

Experience, education and personality
Minimum of a relevant under-graduate diploma or degree.
Minimum three years work experience.
Minimum two years work experience in an agency or client - in traffic, production, communication, or client service.
A proven understanding of industry and creative processes.
Microsoft Office skills.
Other skills
Excellent organisational, planning, project and time management skills with the highest attention to detail from inception to completion of a task
Ability to prioritise and successfully complete multiple tasks timeously
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Proficiency in a vernacular language will be an advantage.
