Responsibilities:
- Management of general day to day operations
- Maintenance, Housekeeping, FOH
- Oversee vehicles and transport planning
- Procurement and stock control
- Staff: maintaining & overseeing schedules/leave; training & development; interviewing & hiring
- Maintaining department budgets
- Set and maintain SOP's for all departments
- Oversee stock take and asset management systems throughout all departments
- POS system management
Qualifications/experience:
- Degree in operations management, business administration/related
- Working knowledge of management software programs
- Working experience in a similar role
