- Business and operational plans, objective setting, priority setting, scheduling, etc.
- Store visits (monthly planner)
- Stocktakes
- Store objectives and targets
- Sales targets
- Stock management
- Rac's
- Operational performance monitoring & reporting
- Resolve escalated operational issues
- People and enabling capacity management
- Expense Management
- Manage external relationships
- Centre Managers
- Customers
- Service provider for new stores TDC specifically project management
- Manage team performance
Key Technical & Behavioural Competencies:
- At least five years' experience in a managerial role in the retail industry e.g. flagship store manager or area/regional manager
- Relevant commercial tertiary qualification e.g. BCom / BA Marketing
- Computer literacy
- MS Office
- Good knowledge of retail and HR processes and systems
- Understanding of key business drivers
- Financial management knowledge
- Management and leadership skills
Unique work conditions:
- Multiple workstations have to be willing/able to travel
- Willing to work/be available over weekends
