  • Customer satisfaction (experience measurement)
  • Business and operational plans, objective setting, priority setting, scheduling, etc.
  • Store visits (monthly planner)
  • Stocktakes
  • Store objectives and targets
  • Sales targets
  • Stock management
  • Rac's
  • Operational performance monitoring & reporting
  • Resolve escalated operational issues
  • People and enabling capacity management
  • Expense Management
  • Manage external relationships
  • Centre Managers
  • Customers
  • Service provider for new stores TDC specifically project management
  • Manage team performance

Key Technical & Behavioural Competencies:


  • At least five years' experience in a managerial role in the retail industry e.g. flagship store manager or area/regional manager
  • Relevant commercial tertiary qualification e.g. BCom / BA Marketing


  • Computer literacy

  • MS Office
  • Good knowledge of retail and HR processes and systems
  • Understanding of key business drivers
  • Financial management knowledge
  • Management and leadership skills

Unique work conditions:


  • Multiple workstations have to be willing/able to travel
  • Willing to work/be available over weekends

From R35 000,00 per month
