Senior Manager – Production Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• A relevant agricultural qualification, such as an Agricultural Diploma or Degree, is advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in farm and/or production management, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant crop farming experience.
• They should possess exceptional management and organizational skills, good social skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery, implements, and infrastructure resources is essential.
• Strong task instruction and delegation skills are required, along with excellent operational planning, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• The ability to work with and motivate a team is crucial, and a valid driver's license is also necessary.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Production to join our client's team in Christiana Area – North West.

Job Requirements:

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree (advantageous)
• At least 5 years' farm and/or production management experience
