- Retail at least 30% of turnover monthly
- Promote available services and special promotions
- Prescribe homecare products for each guest
- Follow up with regular clients to encourage repeat visits
- Efficiently handle problems when the manager is unavailable
- Conduct tours for potential guests as required
- Ensure guest satisfaction and professional service
- Interact courteously with members and guests, answering all facility-related queries
- Ensure guests complete Consultation Cards before treatments
- Encourage guests to complete Comment Cards after treatments
- Meet expected treatment quotas monthly
- Participate in staff training for all aspects of spa operations, services, and retail sales
- Perform treatments according to standards set out in our Manual
- Conduct skin analysis to determine clients' skin types and concerns
- Offer various facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, massage, and application of masks or serums
- Provide advice on post-treatment skincare routines and recommend suitable products
- Offer body scrubs, wraps, and other exfoliating or hydrating treatments
- Provide professional makeup application services for special occasions or everyday looks
- Recommend suitable products based on clients' skin tones and preferences
- Administer non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as dermaplaning, microneedling, or laser treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations according to industry standards
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols for all advanced treatments
- Customise treatments to address individual needs and desired outcomes
- Make honest recommendations for services and skincare routines to achieve long-term results
- Educate clients on aftercare to maximise treatment benefits
- Recommend retail products to enhance and maintain results
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the Spa at all times
- Be aware of schedules and timekeeping
- Ensure ample product supplies in each room for treatments
- Report product orders to the Manager
- Maintain the Spa's peak condition at all times
- Present oneself immaculately
