    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Advisory Sales Executive in driving revenue growth and advisor recruitment.
    • Manage a focus list of 25 advisors to ensure 12.5% annual revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
    • Recruit 7 new advisors annually who meet specific profile criteria.
    • Implement Group-related initiatives like cross-selling, AUA conversion, and GC margin improvement.
    • Ensure advisors actively use Connect, Marketplace, and Connect to enhance client engagement and portfolio management.
    • Provide performance feedback and improvement strategies to advisors.
    • Develop business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
    • Conduct and share market analysis insights to guide decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • RE 1 and RE 5 (Advantageous).
    • Diploma in Financial Planning or CFP Certification (Advantageous).
    • Minimum 5 years in financial services, focusing on sales, business development, or advisor management.
    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
    • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business-related software.
    • Results-oriented, independent worker with adaptability to market changes.
    • Professional, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
