    Job Overview

    We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Counselor for Business and Corporate Affairs to join our dynamic team in Diepsloot. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and services to our clients, as well as representing them in court.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on business and corporate matters
    • Representing clients in court and negotiating agreements
    • Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve clients' goals
    • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • A degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business and corporate law
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • A strong understanding of business law and regulations

    Salary Information
