    Job Title: MFC Salaried Financial Advisor

    Located in KwaZulu-Natal, Newcastle

    Salary: R400,000 - R600,000 per annum

    Job Description

    This role involves providing financial advice to clients within a specified market, with individual accountability for achieving results through personal efforts.

    The position is categorized as FAIS and requires compliance with all related regulations, including the Fit and Proper requirements.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Financial Advice:
      • Provides advice aligned with the customer value proposition and compliance framework.
      • Works within a specific allocated market and range of products.
    • Personal Effectiveness:
      • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
      • Manages own time, tasks, and output quality for periods up to 3 months.
      • Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
      • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Establishes sound working relationships and maximizes opportunities with prospective clients.
      • Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance.
    • Sales/Productivity:
      • Develops, tracks, and reviews business plans to meet individual performance targets.
      • Engages in limited prospecting activities.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
    • FAIS Compliance certification.
    • Clear criminal and credit check records.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience (preferably in sales).
    • Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Presentation skills an added advantage.
