    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Influencer Campaign Executive to join our client in the advertising and marketing industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute diverse influencer campaigns, staying ahead of European trends.

    The role involves identifying and nurturing top-tier influencers, managing campaigns, crafting briefs and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment. A passion for influencer marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a creative outlook are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients within a focus on beauty, lifestyle and fashion creators.
    2. Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, outreach, negotiation and content management to overseeing seeding lists and reporting.
    3. Create influencer briefs and Traackr campaigns.
    4. Ensure Traackr is constantly up to date and obtain crucial reporting metrics per campaign.
    5. Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and nurture relationships to help deliver influencer campaigns on behalf of the brand.
    6. Maintain and build successful client relationships, suggest creators and content ideas in a quick turnaround and high-pressure environment.
    7. Present creative and sell content solutions to internal senior management, IMs and IDs.
    8. Manage the influencer paid database and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
    9. Stay up-to-date with cultural and social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
    10. Support additional projects as required, such as additional Influencer campaigns and competitive trend nudges.
    11. Supply Trends Nudges to the client on a weekly basis.
    12. Nurture Account Coordinators and help them grow.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
    2. A passion for influencer marketing and social media.
    3. Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive client relationships.
    4. The ability to remain optimistic and calm under pressure.
    5. Strong experience with influencer communication and negotiation.
    6. A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology.
    7. Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
    8. Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude.
    9. A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends.
