How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
Maintenance Planner1. Schedules the preventive maintenance plan a. Analyses requests to design the scope, the time and the cost of the intervention to perform b. Checks required resources availability according qualification (field technician, sub-contractors) c. Checks equipements and spare parts and plans request to procurement d. Checks liquid or/and cylinder availability and coordinates with dispatching e. Schedules the work according above requirements, safety and costs objectives f. Follows the coherence of the data full filled in the SAP System by the Workforce. 2. Controls the preventive maintenance execution a. Releases maintenance orders in the SAP System b. Launchs the purchase request for spare parts and services c. Final checks the liquid and cylinder availability d. Communicates to customer, sub-contractors and field Technician final date and time e. Launches the order technical closure from field technician confirmation 3. Coordinates with Tele-maintenance operator for curative a. Receives the scheduled curative maintenance notifications from Tele-maintenance operator b. Creates & fills the work orders in the system, confirms the services and spare parts availability c. Releases the work orders and coordinates with Tele-Maintenance operator, procurement and field Technician for execution. d. Manages the intervention report while work performed. e. Completes the malfunction catalog and performs the technical closure for invoicing 4. Identifies workforce needs and required capabilities a. Recommends the workforce needs according planning to the Maintenance Domain leader b. Assigns required ressources to work according individual qualification and know-how c. Manages the individual qualification of field Technicians d. Checks capacity planning of the Field technicians (100% full filled), Check qualification of the team 5. Updates and optimizes maintenance planning a. Reviews of drawings and specifications of entity equipments according country regulation b. Reviews planing with Maintenance Domain leader, logistics and production c. Tracks maintenance costs and optimizes equipments and materials using d. Ensures that the warehousing is effective to fullfill maintenance planning needs by reviewing and updating spare part inventories
