Requirements:

To support the Payroll team in maintaining accurate payroll records, executing accurate payroll payments and
ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Assist in Processing/Capturing and checking of input of payroll data on VIP
Assist in collating payroll and audit reports for checking on a monthly basis
Assist in checking of VIP payroll input and NAV Coding for the auditing of the payroll on a monthly basis captured

in the following areas:

New engagements
Transfer & Job Changes
Terminations
Monthly contract workers
Prepare Weekly Bank Payment Batches
Ad-hoc duties
