Description

As the Laundry Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the hotel's laundry operations.

Your duties will include overseeing the laundering of linens, towels, and guest clothing to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.

You will manage a team of laundry attendants, providing training, guidance, and supervision to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Additionally, you will monitor equipment maintenance, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize expenses.

Collaboration with other departments to ensure timely delivery of laundry services and adherence to hotel standards will also be essential.

Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a hospitality environment

Thorough knowledge of laundry operations, including equipment, chemicals, and procedures

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Proficiency in inventory management and cost control

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
