We are currently seeking an experienced financial professional with an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining impeccable financial records to join our team for a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a reconciliation specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in reconciliation processes and ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience with WINEMS is required.
Experience with Business Central will be beneficial.
Experience in the wine industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Own transport is required.

Responsibilities:

Account Reconciliations:

Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts, including WINEMS control accounts, Hospitality POS and integration with accounting software, receipts of Hospitality payments in the bank account with different payment method control accounts, Hospitality cash up sheets and tips account.

Internal Controls:

Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial assets, improve the efficiency and accuracy of operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify processes where inefficiencies/errors occur and implement internal controls and procedures to correct them.
