Description

Hands on coordination of the design, industrialisation, supply chain, logistics, production, quality and programme management functions to ensure on scope, on time and on budget delivery and doing whatever it takes to make this happen.

A highly tactical leader that will get his/her hands dirty from day one, quickly making sense of a complex environment with immature systems, processes, designs and a lot of systemic issues, cutting through the noise, unblocking blockages and coming up with a game plan to close the gaps.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is part of EXCO.
