We are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is qualified as therapist and can provide treatments


Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa reception position is required
• ESP and Micros is advantageous for this position
• Organized and strong administration skills
• 23 years of Spa experience
• Required to work weekends and public holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs
• The Spa Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments.
• Ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa
• Promote and grow the retail and treatment sales
• Dealing with Guest request and Guest complaints, Strong leadership skills can develop as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure the front desk and retail areas are always clean and neat
• Assist in stock takes and admin of client records, indemnity forms, payments and follow up bookings
• Adhere to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
