A leading Logistical Consulting company is looking for a Sales Consultant to be based in their office in Johannesburg.

To ensure all activities regarding client relationship management are executed.
Customer relationship management
Manage customer relationships and expectations effectively and proactively across all levels of the customer's business units, in line with:
SLA and KPIs
Ensure that organisational relationship matrix is developed, maintained and rolled out between the company and customer stakeholders at all levels
Be a driving force within the team by building trust and cooperation at all levels within the customer's organisation
Grow existing customer revenue through targeted onsell and crosssell initiatives of entire service offering
New business development

Lead generation

Identify new opportunities in line with our business development strategy and service offering capability

Data analysis

Continuous analysis of the customer's business to understand emerging trends within their business and industry
Proposal formulation
Calculate commercials (rates) and agree execution capability with operational team
Formulate client proposal (including formal documentation and supporting annexures) and build final presentation.
