    Customer Success Manager

    Hollywoodbets is a leading gambling and casino company operating across Africa and the United Kingdom.

    We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Umhlanga, Durban. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for bridging the gap between our customers and our brand.

    The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be able to immerse themselves in understanding our customers and what makes them tick.

    You will collaborate with marketing, product, contact centre, customer support, BI, BA and other teams to develop and map out our customer journeys ensuring we provide the best possible customer experience.

    The Customer Success Manager will work on creating and implementing strategies that drive the acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers and reduce customer churn.

    You will be required to create strategies that provide opportunities for cross-sells and up-sells across all product categories.

    The role requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customer base, their needs and their behaviours.

    You will be capable of providing strategic insights to multiple Teams across the business to improve current communication, product offerings and marketing strategies.

    The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for tracking performance and leveraging data to track all activities, review what is working, what isn't and ensure efficient optimisations are implemented timeously.

    You will continuously review processes, reporting and use of data and implement effective changes and automation to ensure our customer experience is meaningful, engaging, efficient and effective, and that business targets and objectives are met.

    This is a fast-paced environment and you will be required to operate under pressure, balance creativity and logic when making decisions and creating strategies.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence a broad range of stakeholders.

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including:

    • A minimum of R500 000 per annum.
