Administration Support
- Playing a support role to the HR Manager and Payroll Officer, support with
- Employees files and new employees documentation
- Keeping online staff records
- Assistant to collate documents for BEE audit and suppliers BEE certificates
- Collecting monthly leave records and attendance records
- Completing monthly recons
- Assist to compile information for Employment Equity Reports
2. Training and Development
- Keep an updated training records for all companies
- Assist to source training providers
- Assist to complete, keep records and submit learner contract, records and supporting documentation
3. Staff Matters
- Communicate with staff on behalf of management
4. Recruitment
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job specification, advertising and screening and reference check
- Assist in compiling employment documents and induction
5.
Policies and Procedures
- Assist to review, development and implement processes and procedure when required for the group
Requirements:
- HR knowledge and experience
- 12 years working experience
- Able to use initiative
- Able to travel to Northern Suburbs
- English speaking
- Remuneration: R
Salary:
R8, R12,000.00 per month
