    Job Description:
    The Assemble Line Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of production units in accordance with Bonfiglioli standards. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

    About the Role:
    This position plays a critical role in the HD Assembly department, overseeing the assembly process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, quality control, and maintenance procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Control of unit completion for painting, plugging, and lubrication of gearboxes
    - Control of test and inspection procedures
    - Maintenance of quality documentation
    - Ensuring specific quality inspections are communicated to the team
    - Setup of test bench and measurement equipment
    - Quality checks during the assembly process
    - Adherence to working hours and company policies and procedures
    - Monitoring and controlling attendance
    - Maintenance of machinery (HD Assembly equipment and Spray Booth)
    - Servicing of machinery as per statutory, manufacturers' requirements, and maintenance schedule/matrix

    Requirements:
    - 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    - Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and quality control procedures
    - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Familiarity with safety protocols and occupational health regulations
    - Basic computer literacy and ability to use software applications
