EXPORT CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for an experienced coordinator with exports expertise to join our team based in Morningside, Durban.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client enquiries or provide quotes.
Implement financial procedures for confirmed orders.
Execute confirmed orders, negotiate shipping and operational requirements, issue shipping instructions, confirm suppliers and manage stock control.
Support Business Development and Key Accounts Managers.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the Export process.
INCO Terms.
Export Costings expertise.
Experience with mixed goods containers and fresh produce exportation.
Computer literacy and advanced Excel skills.
Working knowledge of export documentation.
Exchange rates and foreign currency experience.

The salary will be determined by experience, knowledge and job fit, including a basic salary plus commission.
