    Description

    Admin Clerk

    We are seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Lydenburg.

    Salary: R8,000 - R9,750 per month.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle administrative tasks related to SARS, CIPC, and Trust administration.
    • Liaise with clients and service providers.
    • Manage company registration documents.
    • Handle tax and Department of Labour requirements.
    • Draft client correspondence.
    • Assist with accounting tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Experience dealing with SARS is a plus.
    • A background in administration is essential.
    • Accounting experience would be advantageous.
    • Minimum qualification: Grade 12.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
    • Experience with websites such as Xero, Hubdoc, Payspace, Info Docs, SARS, and the Department of Labour will be beneficial.
