Responsibilities:


  • Maintains and develops strategically important relationships with key accounts
  • Is able to create milestones for account progression
  • Nurtures and builds a contact base of senior level decision makers across their Clients and market
  • Leverages relationships to identify wider business opportunities for other departments
  • Proactively cross sells at all times
  • Assists Sales function in delivering strategic Sales goals
  • Meets all company standards on systems and processes to ensure superior service levels are delivered to all customers
  • Consistently updates team on latest developments and updates within their Client base and market
  • Can discuss regulatory issues with confidence
  • Is seen as a 'trusted advisor' in their market
  • Ensures regular and timely client reviews are conducted
  • Facilitates Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities
  • To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Monitors their own performance and adheres to SLA for each client
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each account ratios and delivery
  • Agrees and produces a SLA for all jobs including timeframes and KSF's
