    Role Overview

    We are seeking an innovative senior account director with commercial and operations administration strengths to join our CX team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage small to large projects for blue-chip clients.
    • Work within a Client Service team that manages delivery and operations in the CX division.
    • Manage retained and freelance resources – time, costs, and deliverables.
    • Oversee all CX work, including Direct Marketing, CRM, UX, UI, website content, and Website revamp projects.
    • Juggle different tasks and liaise with various clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop sound knowledge of content creation for digital platforms like email, WhatsApp, and websites, as well as SEO practices.
    • Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules.
    • Develop detailed plans and monitor progress of a CX studio – design, strategy, and copy.
    • Liaise with relevant teams, clients, and managers.
    • Establish good relationships with clients and other professionals.
    • Understand SEO, CRM, UX, Platform content, and Analytics work.
    • Work as a member of the team, managing effective CX processes by applying agreed processes and procedures.
    • Write CX briefs and briefs for strategists, project managers, and creatives.
    • Direct overall client admin and communication – weekly status, project status.
    • Ensure cost-effective service delivery and build agency revenue.
    • Identify proactive opportunities with retained clients.
    • Manage Financials.
    • Present key CE's/budgets to Clients.
    • Manage budgets and billings.
    • Oversee reconciliations.
    • Handle cost estimates, POs, Invoicing.
    • Manage Charge Outs.
    • Update forecasts.

    Requirements

    • Sound understanding of all CX work – SEO, CRM, UX, UI, and Analytics work.
    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
    • Excellent management, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
    • Strong commercial and operational administration skills.
    • Ability to identify risks and problems.
    • Team player and respectful of company culture.
    • Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
