KEY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Create transference documents for clients when migrating to Edadmin • Conduct onsite and online training sessions for staff and clients • Provide direct client support via different channels • Collaborate with software development teams for product enhancement • Work closely with management to identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth • Uphold company policies and ethical standards • Set a positive example for team members in various aspects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R20, R24,000.00 per month
