    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and meticulous individual to join our team as a Quality Controller within our automotive body shop. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all vehicle repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.       • Communicate inspection results to customers in a clear and professional manner.
      • Address customer concerns and inquiries related to the quality of repairs.
    5. Training and Development:
      • Provide training and guidance to technicians on quality standards, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality control processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years experience in autobody repair quality control.
    • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, materials, and industry standards.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in automotive body repair.
    • Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
