    Paraplanner (12-Month Fixed-term Contract)

    A leading role in our client's Financial Services team is available, focusing on paraplanning expertise. This 12-month fixed-term contract presents an exciting opportunity to develop skills and contribute to the success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Data Management:
    • Record and manage client data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Produce comprehensive wealth position reports for clients.
    • Manage joint entities in CRM for a unified view of family planning.
    • Combine entities for joint planning and reporting.
    • Integrate data from CRM to company tools.
    • Verify data integrity across advice tools and CRM.
    • Financial Planning Preparation and Client Reviews:
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial planning tools and software.
    • Prepare Personal Goal Plans (PGPs) and draft records of Advice.
    • Develop Integrated Wealth Plans (IWP) for scenario planning handover.
    • Verify compliance and save final plans.
    • Collaborate with Assistants, Product Providers, and Brokers.
    • Operational Support:
    • Align financial plans with Private Client Share Portfolios.
    • KPIs and NAV:
    • Maintain client records and tasks in XPlan.
    • Monitor KPI scores and seek guidance for improvement.
    • Utilize reports to identify client opportunities.

    Requirements

    • 4-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
    • Relevant tertiary education or courses.
    • Understanding of FAIS and FICA legislation.
    • Strong analytical and math skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
