Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Essential: 5 years' experience in a sales position in the FMCG industry.
Advantageous: 3+ years in software sales.
Essential: Own transport and availability to travel.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the creation of new opportunities and getting new customers.
In charge of finding new sales opportunities and retain associated activities which are necessary for the generation of new sales.
Make use of negotiation skills to negotiate contracts and pricing to acquire new business.
Ensure that we have the correct records of business development activities.
Make use of platforms like LinkedIn and research platforms for prospecting.
Use Sales Tracker to manage leads and track them.
Required to compose proposals and present the proposals to clients on time.
When clients face difficulties recommend solutions for them.
Responsible of identifying product enhancements and the current market trends.
Compile research of competitor product and share your findings with the team.
Meet or exceed the approved sales targets.
Facilitate Live demo and trainings to new and existing clients.
Responsible of the System Implementation, Training and Account Management.
Create and maintain a strong relationship with clients and influential relevant people in the trade industry.
Required to perform ad hoc account management roles with key staff.
